Once you acquire a job offer from a US company, there is a 3 step process to getting your green card:
Labor Certification – Filed by requesting US company to prove there are no American willing and able to fill up that specific job.
The Petition – Filed by requesting US company to prove that you qualify for that specific job.
The Green Card Application – Filed by you and any accompanying family member |
